My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spotless and nice and cosy, equipped with a Nintendo video game that added a fun touch to the stay. Everything was very clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. The service provided by the staff was particularly fantastic, they were friendly, helpful, and very accepting of my limited German. The location was great, close to Old Bern by tram and in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for my work trip. The dining experience was good, with an option to have boiled eggs and the croissant at Alpenblick was a standout. Overall, a wonderful stay!
